We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards Cook and assemble dishes efficiently during service hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment Support the team in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy hours Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations Excellent serving skills with a focus on teamwork and communication Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and presentation Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving menu offerings
