OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

As a Milestones Cook you support the Sous Chef and Chef in executing the culinary program in your location. You drive food quality, maintain a clean and professional kitchen, inspire and maintain high team morale and a standard of 100% Guest satisfaction. You show your "Foodie Pride" every day and every shift with passion in executing existing items, and excitement about bringing new and inspired seasonal food to life in the restaurant supporting your Chef and developing your team is a direct link and platform to your development and growth to become a Sous Chef with us!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards of Milestones plating specifications. Never except "good enough", always strive for perfect plates.- Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience. Driving knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship.- Ensure compliance of ALL standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial food safe and WorkSafe safety standards.- The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate behavior's that align with our culture of improvement, growth, and excellence through execution.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum 1 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen is preferred.- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Food safe level 1 required.- Driven and focused to execute with excellence. Must be passionate about food.- Open to learning, coaching, and culinary career growth- Inspirational and motivational.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
