We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring that our food preparation and service runs smoothly. Duties

Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support cooks and chefs during meal service by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary items are readily available. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. Help with serving meals to customers or staff as needed. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or issues to the kitchen manager.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience or food service background is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and food presentation. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
