Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Griller to join our back-of-house team. As a Line Cook/Griller, you will be responsible for preparing grilled menu items to perfection, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and grill meats, poultry, vegetables, and other items according to recipe specifications.
Ensure proper cooking techniques and food presentation standards are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized grill station at all times.
Monitor food temperatures to ensure safe cooking and holding standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling and storage.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grill equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a griller or line cook in a commercial kitchen.
Valid Food Handling Certification is required.
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume service periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
