Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment efficiently. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn about various aspects of the food industry. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
