We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, providing high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers following food safety guidelines
Support the kitchen team with meal preparation during busy periods
Manage dishwashing duties efficiently to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils
Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting is a plus
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
