We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to keep the kitchen stocked and organized
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
Support the kitchen team in serving food and ensuring smooth operation during busy hours
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
