We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. You MUST have 5 years EXPERIENCE at least. Wrapping sandwiches, topping burgers and other sandwiches must be fluent in English as there is customer interaction about how they want their orders dressed. This can be a very fast paced environment!
. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every order is prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner. This position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food.
Qualifications
Previous experience is a MUST! You will need to have experience.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
Understanding of food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
