We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and cooking of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality Participate in daily kitchen prep work, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting is a plus A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service
