Giorgio's Cucina is looking for a cook that shares a passion for creating exceptional dishes in a chef-driven fine dining environment. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook with at least 1-2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes.
Requirements:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with accuracy and detail according to our recipes
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
Follow prep lists and daily production tasks
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience in a high volume restaurant. (knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques preferred)
Ability to work evenings and weekends (We are open Tuesday-Saturday)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
