- Line Cook (Full Time/ Part Time)Bollocks Pub & Kitchen Whitby Reports to: General Manager & Kitchen ManagerLine Cook Job SummaryBollocks Pub is looking for a hardworking Line Cook who can help prepare meals, using Bollocks recipes. The successful candidate will be familiar with standard kitchen practices and eager to learn the Bollocks Pub menu.Job ResponsibilitiesMemorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizesPrepare ingredients and components of each dish on our menu in a timely mannerMaintain inventory of the kitchen, rotating products as needAbility to work as a team to execute orders at a high-volume restaurantFollowing kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelinesEnsuring a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace alwaysQualifications & SkillsLine Cook Experience a must, minimum 3 yearsSafe Food Handling Certificate required & High School Diploma/ GED requiredExcellent verbal communication and organization skillsMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time on a regular basisNo phone calls or unannounced visits, please. Part-time hours: 15-44 per weekSalary: $16.00-$19.00 per hourSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift
