Nuna Kitchen & Bar, is a Peruvian fusion cuisine restaurant located in 1265 Queen St West.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for preparing food for service
Prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stocking the station with all the necessary ingredients
Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; adhering to the recipes provided by the Executive Chef
Maintain quality and freshens of products
Monitor stock and log shortages as required
Keep a clean work station, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements
Motivated and detail-oriented line cook with a
strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to following recipes and kitchen procedures
to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
