Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Line Cook
to join our
Hot Line
team at Arianna. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in executing our upscale menu with precision, consistency, and care. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a premium or fine-dining restaurant environment. Michelin-starred experience is an asset, though not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the preparation and cooking of meats, seafood, and hot dishes according to the specifications of the Chef de Cuisine.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and consistent plate presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times.
Ensure all food is handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in daily prep work, inventory, and station setup.
Take direction well and remain calm and focused under pressure during busy service periods.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a premium or fine-dining kitchen environment.
Experience working on the hot line with high standards of execution and timing.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, temperature control, and plating.
Michelin-starred kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
