They should have a desire for excellence and passion for good food. They should also be able to manage their own time and be confident in their ability to write prep lists and order product.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Independently set up stations
- Follow recipes and instruction
- Working a fast paced service on the line
- Seasoning and plating food with care
- Cooking food to a high level of execution
- Keeping station cleanQualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
- Desire for excellence
- Strong fundamental Knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of good sanitary practices
- Work Clean and efficiently
