Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
