Job Description

The Barley Station Brew Pub is looking to add an experienced line cook to our team. We are a longstanding local favorite in beautiful Salmon Arm, and delicious food and beer, and great community involvement.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
