The Life of a Line Cook:
Work cooperatively under the direction of the Guest Experience Manager in all matters of the kitchen.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a 'can do' attitude in the kitchen.
Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Guest Experience Manager.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a culinary environment.
Current "Food Safe" certification (or equivalent)
Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
Have reliable transportation to be able to commute to and from our location.
You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
You put trust in others and never let anyone down
You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
