We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages.
Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
Help maintain a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
