Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation are essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are important for success in this role.
