Job Summary

We are looking a dedicated, responsible and experienced individual to join our team as a Line-Cook on a permanent and full time and part-time basis. NON STUDENT POSITION.

Must be available to work between 10am and 8pm. Must be able to work Morning, mid-day and afternoon shifts throughout the week. For more information please inquire in person and ask for Mladen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or as a cook in a restaurant setting is

preferred

. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
