The Harrison Park Inn Restaurant is currently looking for Line Cooks to join our team for the ongoing busy summer season. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience cooking and plating breakfast, lunch and dinner in a full service restaurant. Candidates must be able to work in front of a deep fryer, flat top, and grill, preparing dine-in and takeout items. The ability to follow recipes and assist in food prep is also a part of the every day work load. It is important that candidates are able to read and work off of multiple food tickets at once and communicate, in a friendly manor, with other back of house staff as well as front of house staff in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to lift 50lbs, knife skills, safe food handling awareness, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and a positive team oriented attitude are important qualities that candidates must have to be welcomed on to our team. It is important that the right candidate takes pride in their work and shows respect to their teammates. We always stock our stations and we always do what we can to help our coworkers while on shift.
