We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Follow food safety guidelines and best practices for food handling Follow the equipment's operating instructions and maintain restaurant and equipment maintenance. Receives and places orders from suppliers in accordance with food rotation. Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring that each plate meets presentation standards. Assist with meal preparation for special events or large orders Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management Maintain equipment and utensils in good working order Executes any other task requested by the person in charge. Help in catering events, preparation of charcuterie board

Requirements



Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Cooking: 1 year (required) Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Listens and follows direction from expeditor and ownership Lives and breathes the brand Experience with catering events & preparation of charcuterie board preferred Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Performs related maintenance/cleaning duties as required Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.2 - 21 per week
