We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team at Westboro Beach Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe food handling
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management
Experience
Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Line Cook or similar position
Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
Proficient knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Background in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
