We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food handling and preparation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that satisfy our guests while ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently



Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.


Requirements:

Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays. Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.


Hours of Operation:


Monday to Sunday- 7 am until 3 pm
