As a Line Cook, You Will

Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Clean kitchen and work area Follow all operations policies and procedures Focus on the saute station of the kitchen Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

What You Bring

2+ years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen Experience cooking meat, seafood, and sauces A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
