We are looking for a line cook for the hot station (oven,grill, and fryer) in our bustling Middle Eastern restaurant. -Preparing your station before service -Cook, grill, dice, slice, and assemble all dishes based on presentation specifications. - Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, while maintaining proper hygienic standards. - Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients. -Label and stock all products in all fridges, so they can be organized and easily accessible. -Clean and maintain your station by practicing proper hygiene standards. -Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene hygiene standards. -Perform additional tasks assigned by the line supervisor, and/or the kitchen manager/chef. Experience on the grill is a must. Tuesday to Sunday starting around 4pm until 11-12pm. Full time..
