Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef & Line Cook to join our team. As a cook at Nama Omakase, you will be responsible for preparing dishes in accordance with the Executive Chef and Head Chef's vision

Duties:

- Prepare dishes including hot & cold dishes
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your working station and preparation area
- Monitor and manage inventory of food ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills:

- Experience in food handling, food service, and food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team members
- Creativity in developing new recipes and presentations

Nous recherchons un commis de cuisine qualifies pour rejoindre notre equipe. En tant que cuisinier chez Nama Omakase, vous serez responsable de la preparation des plats selon la vision du chef executif et du chef de cuisine. Taches :

Preparer des plats chauds et froids Assurer la qualite et la presentation des plats Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation de votre poste de travail et de la zone de preparation Surveiller et gerer l'inventaire des ingredients alimentaires Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer la livraison en temps voulu des commandes Competences : Experience dans la manipulation des aliments, le service alimentaire et la preparation des aliments Connaissance des normes de securite alimentaire Capacite a travailler efficacement dans un environnement de cuisine de restaurant au rythme rapide Bonnes competences en communication pour coordonner avec les membres de l'equipe de cuisine Creativite dans le developpement de nouvelles recettes et presentations Si vous avez une passion pour la cuisine et que vous souhaitez mettre en valeur vos competences culinaires dans un environnement de restaurant dynamique, nous vous invitons a postuler pour le poste de cuisinier.
