Kelsey's Original Roadhouse in Milton is on the lookout for energetic and talented Line Cooks to bring their culinary skills to our bustling kitchen!

What you'll be cooking up:

Ingredient Ace:

Prepare all ingredients with precision, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning according to Kelsey's standards.

Station Master:

Expertly cook a variety of menu items across different kitchen stations (grill, saute, fry, etc.) ensuring each dish adheres to our recipes and presentation guidelines.

Team Player Extraordinaire:

Work closely and communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

Safety & Sanitation Superstar:

Operate all kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, strictly following all food safety regulations.

Inventory Awareness:

Assist in monitoring food stock levels and inform the Chef or Kitchen Manager of any shortages.

Presentation Perfectionist:

Ensure that every plate leaving your station is visually appealing and meets our high standards.

What you'll bring to the table (besides your awesome cooking skills):

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent teamwork and communication skills - you're a positive and collaborative individual. The ability to stay organized and multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

A definite plus:

Certification from a culinary school or equivalent culinary training.
