Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for the industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
