Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Spudster. This position is essential for ensuring the timely preparation of our signature dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Located in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for someone passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner following food safety regulations. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Passion for cooking with a focus on quality and presentation.

Pay: $17.20-$27.50 per hour
