Cooking
\xef\x83\xbc Cook food to the exact specifications listed on the chit
\xef\x83\xbc Ensure great presentation of the dishes before they are served
\xef\x83\xbc Communicate with your fellow cooks to ensure all food for each table comes out at the same time
Maintain a Clean Work Area
\xef\x83\xbc Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
\xef\x83\xbc Change fryer oil as needed and clean entire machine each change
\xef\x83\xbc Use the F.I.F.O. when stocking your area
\xef\x83\xbc Check the cleanliness of the fridges, empty and clean as needed
\xef\x83\xbc Check the cleanliness of the equipment, clean as needed
\xef\x83\xbc Notify Management if equipment is not working properly
Support Staff
\xef\x83\xbc Whenever possible help out the other staff members
Ask the dishwasher if there is anything they need help with
Put away clean dishes from dishwashing station
Clear plates from back counter
Help roll cutlery
Never leave another staff member alone in the restaurant at the end of night
End of Your Shift\xef\x83\xbc Make sure you leave your area the way you want it left for you
