Line Cook
Job Description
Our busy restaurant is looking for a Line Cook to join our team. Candidates for this position should have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a passion for preparing tasty, high-quality food for our guests. This is the perfect opportunity for a Line Cook who wants to work in a fun, energetic environment and learn from some of the best Chefs in our industry. This is a seasonal line cook position with Ashburn Golf Club on Joseph Howe Drive and runs until October 31, 2023. Ashburn is a private Golf Club who\'s kitchen does everything from premium restaurant service for our members, to weekend brunch and a wide variety of catering including buffets, plated service and even weddings. Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare meals following standardized procedures, techniques & recipes.
- Monitor food quality and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Follow and implement recipes.
