Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support meal preparation during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experience

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation standards Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail Familiarity with restaurant operations and the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
