## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and be able to assist in all aspects of the kitchen.
## Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food service
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving
## Requirements
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
