We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
