Line Cook / Cuisinier (Full?Time & Part?Time) high end Greek Mediterranean cuisine

Responsibilities / Responsabilites

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Preparer et cuisiner les plats selon les recettes et standards de presentation. Maintain clean and organized station, ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO). Maintenir le poste propre et organise, assurer le stockage et la rotation correcte des aliments (FIFO). Assist with inventory, restocking, and kitchen prep for service. Participer a l'inventaire, au reapprovisionnement et a la preparation des postes. Coordinate with kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure timely, high-quality service. Travailler en coordination avec l'equipe pour assurer un service rapide et de qualite. Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards. Respecter les normes d'hygiene et de securite alimentaire. Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Disponible en soiree, le week-end et les jours feries.
Required Skills / Competences requises

3+ years line cook experience in a full-service restaurant (no exceptions).

Minimum 3 ans d'experience en cuisine de restaurant a service complet (aucune exception). Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and organization. Connaissance des techniques culinaires, equipements et organisation de la cuisine. Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure. Sens du travail en equipe, bonnes communications, capacite a travailler sous pression. Physical stamina for long shifts, lifting, and hot environments. Endurance physique pour longues periodes, manipulation de charges et chaleur. Food handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Permis/certification en manipulation des aliments prefere ou volonte de l'obtenir.
