Located within The Arts Hotel, in association with Trailside Music Hall, Salvador Dali Caf\xc3\xa9 is looking for Line Cooks to join our team at 155 Kent Street. We have two full time permanent, non-seasonal Line Cook positions available, and we are also looking for three additional Line Cooks or Kitchen Helpers to join us on a temporary basis during the Canada Winter Games February 18 - March 5, 2023. Applicants must have open availability for days, evenings, weekends. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare food & menu items with consistency and high standards
• Ensure work spaces are clean and tidy, maintaining a sanitary and safe work environment
• Cooperate and communicate with co-workers to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Abide by all company policies, procedures, as well as nutrition and sanitation standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Cooking experience an asset
• Culinary training a strong asset (degree / diploma)
• Availability for morning, day & evening shifts
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
• Superior verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
