Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service during busy hours
Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety and handling protocols
Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
Experience with serving customers or working in a food service environment is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
Prior kitchen experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
