Flexibility for scheduling will mean more hours as we have shifts available for morning and evening.

Experience/Skills:

2 years of previous experience is an asset. Great customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills. Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!

Duties:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the products and menu items offered. Maintain consistency in preparing and plating food. Adapting to guest requests and modifications, while maintaining product quality. Maintain proper rotation of product, to ensure minimal spoilage. Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ equipment throughout shift. Assist with standard cleaning duties. Follow all food and beverage procedures, policies, and standards. Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments and team members. Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times. Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.*
