We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our established recipes and standards, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
Follow proper food handling techniques to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Participate in daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking tasks
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is needed
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and food preparation methods
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new skills within the food industry
