We are currently searching for an ambitious Line Cook to join our world class Club, an employer that invests in the development and personal wellbeing of their team.



The ideal candidate will be a professional with the desire to be the best, looking to advance and learn all that this great industry has to offer. We work with sustainable and seasonal product, and create close relationships with our farmers and artisans.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Assist with ingredient preparation, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning. Support Cook 1 and Cook 2 in assembling and plating dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed. Receive and properly store deliveries according to food safety regulations. Follow instructions from senior cooks and kitchen leadership. Continuously learn and develop cooking skills under supervision.

Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS



Culinary certification preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have FoodSafe Level 1 certification

Must have a flexible work schedule

Required to participate in training
