We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment while adhering to food safety standards. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety. Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is essential. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is required. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are important for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to $2,500.00 per month
