We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling best practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
