, you'll be the single point of contact for our Lincoln clients - from their first test drive to every service visit and personalized follow-up.

What You'll Do:

Be

the face

of the Lincoln experience - welcoming clients, coordinating service, and managing every touchpoint with care

Set up test drives, schedule service, coordinate Pickup & Delivery (yes, we bring the car to them)

Craft Surprise & Delight moments - from handwritten notes to curated gifts, events, and more

Manage the Lincoln loaner fleet to ensure a seamless experience

Follow up after every visit and maintain strong relationships - no client is ever just a number

Represent the brand online - help with reviews and social media presence
