is a leading professional lighting sales agency servicing all design and construction disciplines for all market segments. We have been proudly serving the Ontario lighting community for 50 years. With a dedicated team of employees and manufacturers unmatched in lighting today we are able to assist with project requirements from specification to installation. We work closely with all members of the design and construction team including lighting designers, architects, electrical engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, electrical distributors, and electrical contractors.

We are currently seeking a full time

Quotations Specialist

to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to prepare and provide quotations to our distributor base.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers' bidding projects

Examine and understand lighting specification

Ensure all tender documents are received and are correct at time of closing

Negotiate pricing and product availability with vendors

Prepare budget quotations for specifiers, end users, distributors, and contractors as requested b by Sales team

Work with the sales team to make alternate recommendations when required

Follow-up job closings to identify which distributor and contractor have been awarded the project

Maintain accurate electronic project files and folders

Qualifications:

Experience in the Lighting industry is an asset

Strong mathematical ability

Excellent organizational skills and time management

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team

Well organized and self-motivated

Ability to multitask

Positive attitude
