Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas. Use hand tools and custodial equipment efficiently to complete cleaning tasks. Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled appointments are met. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their cleaning needs. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service consistently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Familiarity with hand tools and custodial equipment is a plus. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. Prior experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous.
