Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Welder will contribute to high-quality production processes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.

Responsibilities



Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components according to schematics and blueprints Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Operate press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment with precision Use calipers, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to measure and shape materials accurately Rigging and positioning materials or equipment for welding or assembly processes Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards and project specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures Assist with the setup of cranes or forklifts for material handling when necessary Support assembly tasks related to ductwork, construction projects, or manufacturing components Welding consists of 20ga-1/8" thick

Experience



Proven experience in welding using MIG and TIG techniques in a manufacturing or construction setting Mechanical knowledge of machinery, schematics, and blueprint reading is essential Familiarity with press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining operations Experience with rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and basic math skills for measurements Knowledge of welding safety standards and ability to work in compliance with safety regulations Prior experience in ductwork, assembly, or related construction projects is a plus
