Alstar Group is currently seeking an experienced Skidsteer & Telehandler operator to work out in our field sites across Alberta & BC. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the crew and completing specific tasks around the fabrication shop.

Requirements:

Reporting to the Crew Foreman the successful candidate will:

• Experienced equipment operator in a fast-paced environment
• Experience operating Telehandler and Skidsteer is a must
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• You will work in a large Fabrication facility with other trades present
• Outside/inside work
• Physically demanding position
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs, work at heights, be agile and able to go on/off equipment, up/down ladders
• 3-5 years experience operating equipment
• Valid equipment operation certifications
• CSTS-09/2020 or Energy Safety Canada Common Safety Orientation (CSO) ticket is mandatory
• Proven safety attitude and excellent attendance history
• Excellent communication skills, attitude, collaborative skills, ability to follow directions and have attention to detail
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
