Pay:

$28-$31 per hour (based on experience).

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a skilled Light Equipment Operator who thrives on precision and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. If you have experience grading with a skid steer and/or mini excavator, this is your opportunity to join a team known for transforming outdoor spaces into exceptional landscapes.

What You'll Do:

Operate skid steer or mini excavator machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects. Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision. Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans. Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract. 1-3+ years of experience operating light equipment (mini ex experience preferred). Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
