Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. This role involves performing cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality work, punctuality, and adhering to safety standards. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, fixtures, and equipment. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain clarity and appearance. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly. Disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following sanitation protocols. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires.
